Thank you for the work, if anyone else needs anything done; I am available. I decided to make a sample for people to see:

The cost of housing in Dallas vs. Seattle:
The real estate market is considerably different between Seattle & Dallas, but since the recession has came into place. We are probably looking at the same prices but a few years ago I bought my house in Dallas for $120,000.00. It was a three bedroom, two bathroom, large backyard & front yard. Very spacious. If I had bought that same layout and modifications that I had in Dallas, I would be looking to be paying $400-900,000 in Seattle. Why is there such a huge gap? Well the cost of living in Seattle is far more different than in Dallas. You have the cost of living, the popularity of housing and furthermore you have a metropolis to consider.

Dallas is considered a lower metropolis compared to Seattle. You have far more things to do in Seattle, you are located within more portals to getting places and seeing more. Austin's cost of living is based on the popularity of the area and the demand for work. When I lived in Dallas, I had to rely on connections in order to land a secure job, but when I lived in Seattle. Within one day I was employed without the notion of having a connection. Why is this? Seattle has far more business opportunity, so the real estate market tends to boom more when there is an area becoming more populated

I don't think I should have to lower my prices but thanks, from time to time I may run a special but in the meantime. Those are my fees..

I just wanted to clarify that I was asking this particular client if he wanted one article or if he wanted several. You know who you are. You should go back and read the context again, I was asking a few questions in one sitting.

I am sorry that I didn't meet your criteria for how I should have worded the sentence.

Thank you & have a wonderful day
