Whatever I do, my background won't get fixed

    Second time I'm facing problems with fixing my background image...

    Whatever I do, it won't help.
    After 2 days and trying out +15 codes, I'm feeling hopeless lol.

    This is the part of the code:

    <body bgcolor="<?=$background?>" <body background="url">" <link="<?=$link?>" vlink="<?=$visited_link?>" alink="<?=$active_link?>" topmargin="0" marginheight="0" style="font-family:<?=$font_face?>">

    Can someone please tell me how to fix my body background?
    One of the codes: <background-attachement="fixed"> won't help.
