I find it sad that now we build sites for search engines and not for humans. No wonder people think where geeks. We are more concerned with google and yahoo then we are with building quality content driven web sites. Made for Adsense web sites are everywhere. How sad.

Not all of us. And who are you to criticize? Your pages don't seem to be especially designed for humans...

I totally agree. Drives me mad - and I think it is a very sad situation indeed.

I hate to see sites that are strictly there for ad revenue. Pisses me off when you have to fish through a load of stuff on Google that points to a page full of ads with a few links to "relevant" sites.

I build pages for humans if they were not exist , WHO will click on my adds , LOL - joking
This is the improvements time , they are collecting us and one day when MFA's are grouped together they'll remove them. And by time content and quality sites will be build.Check drugs.com if advertisements did not exist we won't have such a site.Money is needed to run things and overall quality will always win. Those that don't make quality jobs may have exist now but won't later.

Well, if you build it for humans you are also building it for search engines because search engines love to rank sites well that humans like. At least thats the idea.

This is true we need to monetize our sites but when webmasters start to park there sites and buy domain names just to put ads that on them. Who does it serve? Not the people that go online.

no one wants to make sites for the bots, but then if the sites are not google or other search engine friendly, a normal human will never come to see it!!

that's how the thinks work on internet, the human traffic that every site gets is all driven from the search engines, so there is no way but to please the SE's first!

You would think that search engines would consider content to be the most important thing on a web site. Everything else would be second rated.

Actually sites are now made more for the "money", then for the people's interest.

That isn't totally true. I make a blog post every now and then about guitar related subjects just to help educate others, and myself in the process.

I don't run ads on my blog.

(not that I won't in the future, but won't anytime soon)

I guess search engines run the internet. Which makes google the king of the internet with yahoo it's queen.
