Most of my sites have organic traffic from google. (70%+)
Sometimes my CTR goes up to 30% and averages to 8-10%
Please advice me if this sounds OK?

    BTW ... whats yours?

You're not allowed to say it. It's against the rules.

No; the Adsense TOS does not allow you to disclose your CTR..

I will say however that my CTR is in the range of from just slightly above 0% to just slightly under 100% ..

    https://www.google.com/adsense/localized-terms

It's called the Adsense TOS, I humbly suggest you take a peek.

@OnlineHelp321 - If you're getting avg 8-10% and up to 30%, all I have to say is you'd better contact Google and have them make sure somebody isn't messing with your account. That high of a CTR will usually get investigated for click fraud because even the best converters work hard to average 1-3%

I'm guessing you don't have that much traffic to be getting a CTR of 30%

    Wow, thats pretty low.

So, if someone does all they can to optimize their site and they can get a rate of 10% on a regular basis....it makes google suspicious? I didn't know that.

Glad I am not in that department......yet.

It's proved that 1% of your visitors will click your ads. So 2%+ is not bad.

Where does it say that? If that's an average, and someone is getting 2% then someone else must be getting lower than 1%
