    Good placement. The only thing I would change is the 2 banners under. Maybe put one in the middle.

    about www. yndphone. com : you have got some real nicely targeted ads :) well it looks fine. no need to change, though you can try experimenting with adlinks and couple of images but i think the site looks good even right now. very fresh and clean template.
