What do you think of the SEO on my website, the keyword is "url shortening" im going to be building links with the anchor text url shortening? Opinions / anything I can improve?
You should try to put your main target keyword near the beginning of your title tag. Also you should put that keywords in h1 or h2 headings. Instead of just targeting 'url shortening', you should also target 2 - 3 other variations at the same time. If you get too many links with the exact same anchor text, it looks very unnatural to the search engines. If possible you should also try to add more pages to your site. A 1 page site is tough to get rankings for.

it is wise to use your keyword as your anchor text it will help your search engine rankings for a particular keyword.
It is plain and simple Fix your meta tags and Page title. I strongly suggest you put targeted keywords in the title tag and limit it up to 2-3 phrases.
Ive taken some of your suggestions and I have also added a cool sites page for link exchanges. Anymore opinions?
