I just saw this theme jam pack with adsense block.
    What do you people think.
I can imagine a good CTR but also i think it is against the terms of google adsense.
As it is having more then three blocks.
    What you people think......

It's against the ToS, and theme overwhelmed with ads sucks anyway.

More ads don't mean more money...stick to 1 ad block (the biggest one)

He's got two different publisher numbers in the ads on this page - may be google counts the 3 ads max with one publisher ID?

Hope he gets banned - talk about a totally crap website - with nothing to offer visitors.

CTRL + A then DEL - Problem solved.

It's against the ToS, you cannot place ad on a page without content. Currently I'm using Frugal on my site, it don't have images on sidebar, background and header, and a lot of space for my advertising.

technically it is not against TOS because of the number of ads... you are allowed to place 3 of EACH kind of ads on your page... BUT I DO think that, that theme looks like crap. and is not aligned for advertising the ads it is showing.

all in all that particular layout gets a -1 out of a 0-10 scale from me LOL

Yeah, If I put my adsense code to all available blocks at that theme, of course I will violate the TOS. But, I will not put my ads code to all available blocks, only to the allowed number of blocks and do not use the other blocks.

According to the TOS, you need to clearly distinguish between your ad and other elements on your web page. But as everyone is trying to blend the adsense ads into the page, you should be fine too. Try adding more content though.
