Looks clean! But do try fill those sidebars or at least make everything a bit more integrated... The white space gives somewhat of a lost impression....
Thank you for your valuable comments lols..... What i can do with those white spaces, i don't know what i can be used to fill out those places. i req for viewers for some link exchange and ads. I am thinking of bringing some click ads. But i have been waiting for adsense approval.
Add a tagline saying what the blog will deliver. Try and get a few banners on there also from affiliate products you may promote - it will give the perception you have already sold ad space. Social proof for traffic is also needed - so I agree with up above - get it hosted and use blogger to help drive traffic.
What you are trying to comment about my blog... ?? Every Giant in any field begins as a simple thing and they grow up as great people in their own field. You also once a while a small child, and now grown up to comment in DP.. Nothing would be great in initial stage lol....:0
He is trying to say you should have more of a name for your site than DigiBlog. I checked out your blog and here are a few suggestions I have: First off, you should get your own domain name and a real hosting account, and switch to the WordPress CMS. Most hosting accounts come with cPanel, which usually includes something called Fantastico. In this script, you can install WordPress and tons of other scripts automatically. WordPress is just so powerful and easy to use, and there are SO many plugins to install to add a personal touch to your blog it's not even funny. Second, I know you changed the theme and everything, but it's still pretty bland. It does look nice, don't get me wrong, it's a lot better than most new blogs I've seen. But, if you do decide to switch to WordPress and get your own hosting account, there's tons of amazing free themes for it that don't look like newbie blog themes at all. Here's a link to quite a few of them: http://www.smashingmagazine.com/2009/05/18/100-amazing-free-wordpress-themes-for-2009/ Third, you're going to need some SEO work done. You don't have any meta tags, keywords, or a description. It's alright if you don't, but it's really a good thing to tell Google and other SE's what keywords you want to target and what your blog is about. Once you've got all that done, just keep researching SEO and keep posting original content and your blog will be one of the best in no time. You keep learning about blogging as you go, and you have to be patient, that's the biggest thing! Great job on your first blog! I hope my constructive criticism helps you in some way.
Thank you spineshank for your review on my blog, it is very useful. I like to get hosting, but right now i am not interested in spending money for the blog, as i don't have more money for it, and also i need to learn more about seo and other many things. I am expecting some way of help either by good tutorial or a good guide.
Congratulations! Very nice blog, interesting content. I would also recommend you to change the theme or at least the background color. If you don't like to have pictures on the page, better to use a nice texture background.
Thank you again for giving your comment on another blog of mine. I thought that white background is good for a first or beginners blog, as i don't have more knowledge about color schemes for websites. If i add a texture background or picture background the blog would look like some personal blog or something ..
