I have idea in my mind,
Grab youtube video then make it mp3 (in good quality),
And you get code for mp3 player.

So, you put youtube video url -> get mp3 player with your video

The idea is good, but not outstanding. I use to convert YouTube video songs to MP3 only if I'm not able to download from other sources. Anyway, there are greater chances that I may seek out my desired songs in YouTube.

 

Well you could try looking for other converter software to be able to put it in WMA..

You wanna download the video and then extract the audio from it.
Then you gonna upload the audio (donno how'll you do that) in youtube and then embed the code. ?
phew!!! too much of work to do.

Its a bad idea for sure why to waste time in converting video into mp3 and again have to convert it in to other format whats the use ...

It is a good idea, but many Dpers in this discussion seems to be confused with the idea.
Actually OP's idea is to create a site which converts Youtube video(user have to enter just youtube video url) into mp3 audio file(user will get an embed code of the audio). Still confused can see the site i mentioned above so can get what the idea is.

There are many ways to download youtube video lol and one simpler way is @ http://3outube.com/

Actually very interesting. Sometimes my connections is really slow and load a video is a waste of bandwidth or even impossible sometimes.

 

Ya thats not a bad idea, I think it could make alot of money if you could somehow monetize it and get traffic to it.
