    I like the keword with my best intrest.

    i.e. - niches in which I am good, regardless of competition and payout.
    if you are good in niche you can develop good content which will drive good traffic automaticaly. Competition can be taken care of with the help of good SEO.

    In general: High paying keywords. I can always get traffic; but if I'm geting .05 a click, I'd be pissed ;)
