when i'm angry, I will drive my car out and speed it as fast as possible. (dont copy me, kids!) almost crash with other cars many time because doing this, but it's become my habit already.
I take a step back, then go out for a drive for an hour or so to calm down! its very rare that i get angry though!
I take 15 minutes alone and shut my eyes. After the negative emotions are gone, it is easier to view a situation and hash things out objectively. Working out does help. -Derek
I do anything Like I'm playing CS (Counter-Strike) online and If someone kills me again and again... I got to this team and abuse that fellow thru voice chat =))
