    Take backup of your blog's DB at least every week and you don't have to worry about that.

    One my blog (e-make-money-online.com) is attacked by a hacker. But I am unable to retrieve till today. I had a bad time with those BAD Guys. :(

    that why i dont use paid hosting,.. just use blogger and you don't have to worries about hacking, except your blog get banned :D

    I would email your hosting company. They should email you back asking you to identify yourself by asking you a couple of personal questions related to your account. Once this is done they will reset the hosting back to default or change your password for you to have access to it again.
