I stop talking/thinking about stressful things. Sometimes I write down some things I need to do the next day. I might watch a litttle TV and check the weather report (not CNN or anything stressful). I might have a cup of tea and a light snack. Brush my teeth and get comfortable. That's it!
I always watch some news channel in tv and always think what I have done in the whole day before I go to sleep.
I do watch Comedy TV shows and have some talks with my family about the day's work, happenings and all. And last but not least will drink some milk before sleep.
