I have some domains registered with http://offshorehostingsolutions.com and want to transfer them to another registrar. But for that i need authorization code of domains to transfer them. I contacted to http://offshorehostingsolutions.com but they are not replying. So what i can do if they don't provide me code. It seems they have partnership with godaddy.com Is there any place where i can file complain about it? What i should do?

If they are using GoDaddy interface then you can have the system send you the auth code via email automatically.

Log into your account and under the domain name, click on 'Authorization Code : Send By Email' on the bottom left hand corner. Make sure the email address is valid and any Whois Privacy is disabled. In a couple of minutes, you should get the code via email. I do not think you need to contact support for it.

no they don provide interface to change anything. I think they do register domain with GoDaddy. Even i can't change nameservers coz domain is locked. I can only request to change anything. I did request but they diden change nameservers and deleted my support ticket without reply. That's why i want full control on my domain by transfering it to domainsite.com. But it seems they are playing dirty coz i left their hosting.( hosting was too costly).

I cannot even get to their website using the links you provided. If you are sure that they are reselling from Godaddy, you might want to contact Godaddy directly and see how they can help.
