What Yahoo! should do to beat Google?

According to Alexa I thing Yahoo is Ranking More then the Google

But stil yahoo has messy home page they should make it look more cool, Like MSN or many other Major sites

yes but if you count google.com google.se google.de google.ba google.hr and bunch of other googles on nacional domains then they overcome yahoo big time maybe hundred of times ???

 

Alexa isn't a perfect tool. You can't use that as a way to say that Yahoo! is more popular than google. Stats have shown that Google definitely has more users using their search.

 

Yahoo! can surpass Google by buying it then minimize it dominance.

Alternatively Yahoo! continue to display Adsense ads. If the search results are lousy, visitors will find the escape route - adsense ads. I'm sure G can give better % to Y, say 60% for G and 40% for Y.

Sorry, I can't post any useful to improve Yahoo! because I can't pretend that I'm smarter than those current running Yahoo!
