What WP theme is this ?

    The theme is named "TheRichest" and I assume it was custom built by the sites developers.

    That just looks like a normal website though if you ask me. You could probably even accomplish that with one of the basic free themes supplied by Wordpress.

    Look for WordPress magazine themes. There are lots out there that are similar to this one. Fastest way to find a design you'll like is to Google WordPress magazine theme and look at the image results so you can see the design previews.
