i can read just choose not too a good plugin would be one that gives more control over individual users, such as you would with a forum script. (can access/not access certain categories, can do this but not that etc on a per user basis)
I tried Hyper Cache and it basically totally broke my website. It is still in the Beta so maybe it will improve, but I would hold off for now.
one that can take an XML feed or csv file and parse it into a database and then display it to my WP site.
If you only have to ue one plug-in then it's got to be the all in one SEO pack, don't leave home without it.
I've always wanted one where webmasters could host on-line scavenger hunts. Users could find pictures of certain things on the net and then submit links to them. The admin could monitor the link submissions through an admin panel and approve / reject them.
