Hi guys! I just started blogging a little less than a month ago. Here is my blog: www.technolochic.com It's basically about, a blog about technology! I have these catagories: - Apple - Windows - Mobile World - Personal Life - Photography - Product Reviews - The Web Life My question to you all is, what unique content would you be looking for to read in a technology blog that would make you keep coming back? I get about 30 unique visitors a day (that's amazing for me, I'm hoping to grow more!) Am I somehow not writing what people want? Is it my style of writing? Is my website way too busy for people? I want to be able to build a growing reader base (who doesn't?) Just need some suggestions from you smart experts to get my feet off the ground a little more. Thank you!
If I could pick an aspect of technology that I'd like to read more about, it'd be future technology. What is going on in the field of nanoscience? What endeavors do we have planned for space exploration? What new sources of energy are we devising? Things that USED to be SciFi but are now SciTry (developmental / prototype stage projects) JMM
What I'd like to see is good coverage of the latest industry news, mixed with your personal opinions and expectations. Furthermore, you could always post about tips and tricks with various bits of technology - and as far as your Apple category goes - iPhone application reviews and recommendations might actually go a long way. I wish you success with your blog.
I would like to see a site like the old sharky extreme reviews. Several years ago the tech site sharky extreme was one of the best tech sites around. When a new CPU, motherboard or video card came out, he did a side by side review. He posted cost, frame rates in popular games, cost and a final opinion. I would like to see someone open that kind of site. Where people could get good honest reviews and opinions with side by side comparisons.
I think they are much enough. I too have a tech blog where I also post on "blogging" and "seo tip". check sagarrai [dot] com
