What would you suggest to promote Classified ?

    What would you suggest to promote Classified ?

    I would like to offer anyone to share their ideas about promoting classified site. What would be the best strategy,
    what kind of people are posting ads and where else we could find them and so on ....

    1) I would Start , Google Adwords, Bidvertiser with keywords "ad classified posting", what we getting - very high CPC rate for the specific niche, so we need to find more cheaper way. Advertising on other sites, trying to understand the audience who would be interested in posting ads. ...

    I think because classified site is more or less local site which usually belongs to specific location, we need to target ads for specific locations, is that way we could use Facebook as inexpensive ads type for local traffic.

    Come on everyone lets share some ideas, I am not trying to ask you for advice , I would be happy to share my experience and ideas too.

    Thank You for sharing.

    Ebay classifieds is kijiji which is very hard to drive traffic from due to spam filters.
    Any specific ideas which could make our job simpler ?
