Maybe a little color, that's a lot of black and a header change might be in order. I can see it's relatively new so jazz it up a bit could work out. Just my grunty opinion blackpaw
I'll give it a 7.8 needs more on the main page but not much more maybe a less tacky logo...but it's very tasteful... good job.
4 for me . No offense but the layout of your forum looks non proffesional like The Shadow posted above me. Maybe create some logo for the site not just $ rotating lol.
Not going to give it a specific amount of points because it won't give you a real idea how to improve... I suggest something much lighter, that dark tone gives it an "underground" "dogdy" and "bad" look.... Unless of course that forum is aimed at those people...
The design is very nice and I satisfy with your design template. But the logo is locating at the left corner, just move it nearby the title, it will be better.
To dark, spelling errors and it seems you are not sure what you want for the forum. I suggestion you go out and look at some successful money forums.. follow there recipe.. I see 2 submit your site topics.. Create a plan for the website.
