First try with directory announcements on other forums. Also you can contact webmasters on fitness, diet ... niche; I am sure they will love to get listed on your directory.
Go to every health, diet, and fitness forum you can find and put it in your signature. FYI- I would change your signature to something that people are more likely to click on like "How to find the best health, fitness, and weight loss products" or something similar.
I agree with HL08, you need to do some things to get your traffic, you can use adwords to, and you can use craigslist.com, to bring over some traffic.
thanks guys for the quick feedback! do you mean change my sig here or in other forums. I would use something more catchy like you said in a fitness forum. I have posted a fair bit in some good forums, but for some reason they are super antsy in those places, guess people who train hard and live in forums get stressed...haha but good suggestion, will get my biz partner( a semi pro bodybuilder) onto that side of the promotions.
