dude, Both Coffee and Tea are harmful to health.Very healthy peoples who are vigilant about health neither drink coffee nor tea.I only drink milk,I think its better for good health
Tea. Why would you need coffee - drink green tea if you need some energy boost. Effect is the same and it's more healthy. And as long as I know (and I know a lot about healthy food), tea is not harmful (fruit tea is not so good, but if you drink green tea, black tea or some other teas made of herbs - it's ok). About milk - it's not so healthy you know. It's ok to drink it, but avoid the one with a lot of fat - that's not good for you in long term. Even better would be to drink soy milk - try chocolate soy milk, it's much healthier and it tastes almost the same as normal chocolate milk! =)
I don't like drinking either to be honest, but if I had to choose it would be coffee. I prefer water or a diet soda.
