What would you pay for it

I own yousellstuff.com and it was the first website i have ever made, owned, runned, etc. I am planning on selling it and making as much back as i can, seeing as i lost a lot from it.

What would you pay if you were interested in buying the site. It gets excess of 2500 uv's a month and since i started the website (about 8 months) it has made about $81. It does not come with a vb license, but the lease does not expire for another 6 months. It has over 2500 backlinks.

What do you think i could get for it? What would you pay for it?

Including domain, logo, and everything you see.

Based on that,you can sell your site max $80 only.
Since you only earn $10/month

 

I would also say somewhere between $60 to $80. Don't sell the site.
You're better off finding a better niche and join as an affiliate.
