What would you guys like to see in a web host?

    I am going to start a new web-host with shared hosting i would like to hear your guys ideas on what you would like to see. Please add me on msn at Praesto@live.com and feel free to tell me what you guys would like to see from a web-host most. I am looking for innovative ideas. This will be a new business so i may even be looking for a few people to help me out. :] but i am mostly interested in ideas, thanks guys.

    Well

    - Cheap Cost
    - Dont Oversell (ie unlimited bandwith or unlimited space)
    - Good Support if needed
    - A Good control panel cpanel directadmin as long as its good and easy to use

    This is basic things what all host should provide

    Specially DONT OVERSELL AT ALL! Overselling not only means unlimited space and bw, it also means you dont sell more space than your server has...

    Offer good support, have live chat and hire representatives to be online as much as possible...

    Don't use a reseller, get your own server

    Don't use those cheap looking premade hosting templates, get a custom sleek and stylish website designed

    Don't disappear after 3 months

    Follow these and you'll be good. These are the things i like to see in a webhost, if someone has this i wouldn't hav any problem buying from them

    I know a few things im already doing, I have to start with reseller at first to see how it goes but after about 2-3 months if its good i will keep the customers and offer them a special pioneer customer package + start with getting new servers. There are so many hosts out there i want to see if what i can do will draw in customers before i invest hundreds of dollars into servers. Though keep the ideas coming a few have sparked my mind already!

    The most important thing is able to provide 24/7 support for customer.
    And the support must be knownledgable.

    I generally want good uptime !
    A good customer support thing ! (like LIVE chat is good)
    And an affordable cost would also be good ! :)
