What would you do if you were selling a site and your highest bidder won and then he PM's you and says sorry i can't buy the site because something else came up. What would you do in that kind of situation? Would you leave negative iTrader? Thanks - Prilep
I would contact the second highest bidder, then tell him/her that the highest bidder bailed out. So hopefully the sale will come through! Leaving a negative itrader.... depends... if it was a valid reason (and not just.. "I changed my mind") I would let it slide. But if there wasn't a just reason, I would leave a negative itrader (just to make people aware of what happened so it doesn't happen to them).
That would be your best option. Just post on the thread explaining that the site is still for sale. Many people just use the BST section to increase their post count.
I guess contacting the second highest bidder and sell the site to him. I wouldn't recommend giving him a negative iTrader because he'll just retaliate and will also give you a negative feedback.
I will message the 2nd highest bidder. Wont give the the negative marks, i think people have truckloads of problems specially monetary ones, so id give him the benifit of doubt that he must have a good reason behind it (in case he doesnt want to reveal it even) Good Karma is the key.
