Whoa.. Love? I think your using the word a little to early. You never know you love someone till your with them for awhile. I'd say, get to know her, ask her on a date and don't come off as someone who 'loves' her because you'll come off as a creeper. Ask yourself, have you really ever been in love before? because you don't just fall in love by talking to someone once and awhile..
get closer to her (mentally) then tell her how you feel before its too late, otherwise you will regret. Believe me, i know....
I too would try to spend more time with her because you just come out and tell her that....make sure to not get put in the "friend zone" though

Looking back I can safely say talk to her RIGHT NOW...well, asap anyway. Chill out on the love bit though. You need to hang with her and see if you guys are compatible first (there's more to it than just having parts that happen to fit together nicely). Relax, be yourself and let nature take it's course.... unless she looks like DMB41's avatar....then get all over her REAL quick.
