    i would do the same as you, that is to say nothing due to lack of time too!

    and by the way, i think with nascarracingforums.com you should do... a nascar racing forum! yep, that's pretty much it!

    is it worth developping, well, you could slap a forum onto it and let it live its life, maybe some dudes will come to it and make it "their" forum and make it grow... it happened to my forum, it was basically dead when some guy arrived from another forum where he had a bad time with the admin and he called his friends other from the other forum and this small group of 7-8 guys is now breathing life into my forum... so go take a couple of hours to install a nice looking forum on yur nascarracingforum domain!
