What would you do with my PR5 website?

    I have built my site, http://cultivategreatness.com up to a PR5. It is currently a personal development/ leadership training website.

    What would you do to monetize it to maximize the PR? And how much do you think a PR 5 blog would be worth, if I were to sell it?

    err your atlkin around 5 figures with 2000+ readers on your rss feed and youve got multiple revenue streams, at laest 4 figures maybe 5 if your lucky
