If I ever tried something like that, I think I would create a service that profits from helping these people get back into their homes. I couldn't see swooping in on foreclosures for my own personal gain unless I was helping someone else. And not the person I'm going to get to buy it because I can offer it very low. It's a moral thing for me, odd really.

True that, but like, I just tend to gravitate toward helping instead of just being me me me.

I would create some landing pages for a few niche sites. Then spend the money on adwords and track closely.

First invest the time you have, not your money :). Search this forum for tips, how to's etc etc, learn some php and html, just basic editing. If your bad at webdesign, try to get some more info on cms's. If you have build up some knowledge, buy some cheap hosting (2.99$/month) and a domain (.com for $6.95/yr) and with all you have learned, bring it into practice. Test everything you can find about building websites and don't forget seo optimization. After this it's a start to go anyway you like...you can buy established websites and sell them somewhere else or just keep them and make them bigger and with bigger i mean attract more traffic and get more earnings or if your a "web devil" start your own web project from the ground up.
In anyway the online business is a success if you have failed it's your own fault, you did something wrong.

You have alot to learn about making money.

These seized houses aren't being seized because granny broke her leg and can't afford to pay the bill with her SSI check, they're being seized because people took out loans with outragous intrest rates without having the income to back it up.

Basicly these people promised something to banks that they could not deliver. The "moral" as you put it, thing to do is help the banks by assuming the debt and selling the houses before your expenses add up. :)

Actually, they are being seized because the loan they got was DESIGNED to get their home seized.

Basically, these banks prey on people who they know cannot deliver, and profit from it.

You show that you know plenty that there is to know that they tell the common man. Just know Rockefeller sleeps in better peace each time a possession is seized.

Every dollar bill that is printed costs the American people 1.00 + floating %. Our money costs more to make thank it is worth, and ALL things in our economy are set up the same way. This has been true for over 80 years.

Homes are seized for defaults that the banks BANKED on. Banks are not the people who get defaulted, the people are. Banks give high risk with special reasons for them being accepted because they KNOW the money they steal by taking the home is WAY more than they give the person they know will default.

It's robbery of the ignorant. Either way, they are more ignorant than yourself (god that looked bad and I didn't mean it like that-->) Either way, they certainly don't have the hold that you do on this particular subject, because if they knew what you know, they probably wouldn't be the scapegoat of the bank system.

But yea, you are right about my inability to make something as charitable as that into a profitable company - it would be impossible to help.

The only real way to help is to get enough money to save people from the banks. before the banks take them into this mess.

LONG STORY SHORT: you think you know, and in their terms you do, but in your world, you don't. The bank does this to good, smart, and responsible people like you and I, EVERY DAY, all year long.

The only time you will ever understand is not when it happens to you. Nope.

You'll be DUMBFOUNDED at that point in time. You'll say "how did this happen to me? ME?" And then you will realize the error of your smug judgments have been your own downfall. And you will have become the very thing you may or may not have a "F them retards!!" attitude about. I don't know you, I won't judge you - and I certainly hope you Never go through the loss of a home, vehicle, limb, child, or any other "shoulda been better..... fill in the blank"-able (as in, can be smugged as...) thing like that. I hope peace - and better enlightenment and compassion - to all people.

Please make us less ignorant by explaining why the banks are taking billions of dollars in writedowns of these loans when they are actually profiting from them?
