Get a lot more money. You can't do anything what will bring decent money with $10. Cause if you know how you will not asking about it here. It's just that simple.
That's not true in the slightest. A lot of people launch sites for nothing at all (such as free blogs) or with very little (just a domain name and put up on existing hosting from other sites or even free hosting), and they can do quite well. You can do plenty that will bring decent money by not even spending a cent... and frankly, everyone has to start somewhere. The OP is just obviously still in the research phase of starting an online business / blog / site (something far too many webmasters even with big budgets ignore completely, leading to flop sites).
I'd agree with jhmattern - sometimes it is better to start with a very limited budget and see how things go. If someone is new to all this it can be very easy to start throwing money at projects and only learn after that it was not an efficient spend. Spending little to start can teach great skills about efficiency and maximising returns IMHO... JB
I would buy a domain + host and setup some site. Then put AdSense, etc. and try to monetize it. You will get your bucks back in a week or two

There are loads of ways you can go about making money without having money in the first place, and although an adequately capitalised business can take off more easily than one struggling for resources, a bit of hard work can set you up to bring in enough money to turn your business into something much larger, with much greater long-term potential. I am of the camp that you don't need millions to make millions (although I wouldn't dispute it really helps!)
I'd buy a domain, sell it for 12, repeat until I finally get myself around to buying a $99 script for my next website project. Unfortunately I keep putting my domain money back into domains, and not saving for the script
I'd spend $10 on a "How to make $10 from nothing" book. Step One: Sell this book to someone else for $10.
I've seen 6 posts from you Electrohippie and 3 of them had a redirect affiliate URL in them for no reason. Rather than spamming the community pointlessly, make 1 good post. I know, it's a foreign concept.
