What would you do to promote a real state business?

    We have our www.smartapartchile.cl website, where we offer furnished apartments in Santiago, Chile. We are new not only to this line of work but also to the idea of advertising such a business online. Wohat would you recommend?

    You could try contacting Real Estate Agents. People would be contacting them with requests for places to stay and those people are who you are looking for.

    Open social media accounts, for example Facebook and Instagram. Here you have a great opportunity to promote the properties and interact with potential customers. The best advice I can give you is to watch what your competitors do. You should look at their website and what channels they use to get customers. Then you should do the same.

    To add to what Mr.King said, my mom has a property manager business and I've been finding her tenants with Facebook groups.
