I have a site rnked.com and I am wanting to turn it into a site that's main income source is clickbank. the only problem is that i don't know what to put on the site to make people want to come to it. the site is a premium domain that was once appraised at over $25,000 and I want to use it for something good. I am looking for any ideas, so please help

No offense, but I've bought/sold/appraised hundreds of domain names and rnked.com isn't worth $25,000 - not even close (unless it's already getting tons of traffic). Maybe $500 if you are lucky. What do you put on the website? Content. Great content that people want to read. There's no real secret to developing a popular website - you just need to put in the time to create amazing content that people want to come back for.

Great opportunity?? Premium domain?? I think someone has been feeding you a big crock of xxx. No offense intended. A few sentences and 4 or 5 banners doesn't mean much. Just because it is a 5 letter domain doesn't mean anything either. Do yourself a favor and find something you are interested in, use your keywords in your domain name, and then see what you can do. I'd probably let that name expire and save the $9.

Domain is junk, and opportunity is only as big as you make it (as hard as you work for it)

Agree with the others....it's crap.......hope you didn't have big ideas with this "premium domain" as I wouldn't even spend the $10 bucks to register it....

Just because it's not worth $25,000 doesn't mean it's crap.

rnked.com is a 5 letter .com and it's actually rather memorable. Again, I'm not saying it's worth all that much, but I'd say it's definitely worth the reg fee...of course, any additional value will come through development.

Basically, the domain is decent. And that's the bottom line...

    ...cause Stone Cold said so!

Thanks for the great responses, i know it is crap right now, why do you think I am hear wanting ideas, I know just because it has a appraisal of over $25,000 doesn't make it worth that. But the question I had was what would you do with it, I don't want a bunch of remarks such as just let it expire, i was planning on turning it into a site that ranks articles, photos, videos, and music, but just don't know if that would be the best idea for it. I will of coarse pick what topic I am interested in but I need ideas. Thanks

OK maybe it's not crap............poo's at the most.......I'm no domain flipper guru or anything but I could take the domain tnked.com and it would still only be worth the reg fee but "could" be worth $25000 after development.......

...... cause the Ultimate Warrior said so! (yep showing my age.....)

    I say reg fee.

Another thing that sucks about that domain is that the rn looks like the letter m, another thing that could go against you. lol.

your site is worth what the percieved content in it is valued. chin up, work on it and it very well may be worth $25,000 or more.

the site is not worth $25k, and (despite the fact thats its 5 letters) i think its a bad, confusing name. You can TRY to resell the domain somewhere, but expect WAY LESS than what this "appraiser" told you.. Whoever appraised the domain has no clue.
