Hey guys, I recent bought an ebook from Seo Workers. Turns out that trick did not work. I gave my computer's remote access to him using team viewer, he tried to work on it for sometime. but ultimately, he said that he does not know whats wrong. To make sure there is nothing wrong in my computer, i tried it on another computer, but same problem. So logicaly, I asked for a refund as I did not get what i paid for. And LOL, he says "I understand but no refund." I have started a dispute in paypal and negative repped him. Don't you think I am on the right side and he is ethically wrong?
I know. But i have tried it twice. My only question is, if you were the buyer and you HONESTLY tried but it did not work and even seller knows is. Would not you ask for refund?
Totally depends on the terms of the sale. If there is no offer of a refund in the deal, then you may not expect a refund.
It really depends at yur end, if this is not clause of refund in your end then you should not get refund
There are no refunds for any eBooks that is the first point and as stated by Helvetii the eBook does works. So, it is your own problem and your systems problem that it does not work for you.
I am sure it is your system problem, as I have been using the same ebook for a long time now. Do check your settings of your PC. Also do not give any access of your computer to anyone.
