What would you charge to get my site higher in Google rankings

    I'm looking to try and get the following site higher in the Google ranking so I get more hits and a possible buyer of the property.

    How much would you charge in helping me do this, getting more inbound links and if needed change layout or keywords etc..?

    The site is:
    w ww.ainsworth.org.uk/sotogrande

    Or would it be better to start with a new website.

    The rental property can possible go as that is soon to be sold.

    Not being an expert as I have only been optimising for about 3 months. I would say first look at your meta data for keywords and expand it a bit, then look at checking your pages agains the w3c standards as it might help to reduce errors and thus help spiders and bots. Then I would say you need back links. Sorry to say its not an instant fix its a bit of a long haul.
