What would you change about this site?

    I run a blog/forum/wiki/photo gallery about a summer camp in northern indiana. I've just changed the blog over to a 3-column design and could use some feedback on the graphics, layout, ad placement, organization, and general usability of the site.

    Any thoughts?

    looks good! it loads very slow here in my pc, may be it is just my internet connection that is slow...

    I like it a lot but I agree, maybe too image heavy. Nice YPN placement on the individual posts :)
