What would you call non-enterprise computing?

I am currently employed in a large company that embraces anything that is considered "enterprise" which typically means more complexity, more overhead, more time, more problems, more people, more problems, more....

I was struggling to find a word to describe computing as done by companies that produce web sites and applications in a competitive environment like a small creative services firm. I thought commercial but enterprise people think shrink wrapped software when they hear commercial. I was thinking of using the term professional web development versus enterprise. Any thoughts?
