What would we do if google did not exist?

than you are rich because as webmaster every body want good traffic and google make daily updates

 

Good Question !!! Then I can develop a new search engine.

 

than SEO would not be so much difficult for us.

 

Then We would use Other Search engines, But If SE's are not exists then we will do work on directory Sites, Find our category and submit there. But we have google so We need to do work on google.

 

If google will not exist then I would be interested to make my own search engine, Then only My rules can work, And I can earn lot's of money by that. Wow!! LoL!

 

Life without Google would perhaps be...

...more competitive
...freer (no filter bubbles)
...full of local directories for every kind of niche
...with less employment (SEO as we know it wouldn't exist)
...probably more Interesting (the "old" Internet was full of documents by scientists and universities and not full of blogs and garbage as it is now)

Let's be honest about this: Google just created a new way to rank websites. Everything else was mercilessly copied or bought:

- Blogger? bought
- YouTube? bought
- Gmail? a copy of Opera M2 (Opera browser mail client up to version 12)
- Google Plus? a copy of Diáspora*
- Buzz? a copy of Twitter
- Reader? a copy of Bloglines
- Groups? a copy of Yahoo! Groups
- Orkut? bought
- Analytics? bought (Urchin)

Ok, ok... Google may have done a few other things by itself, but without Google we wouldn't really miss that much. The Internet would probably be more democratic than what it is now.
