    Forum - seach engines just love forums because there's always so much new content to crawl. More crawls means better SERPs and more hits.

    Given the choices, I'd start a blog. I'd post to it frequently with QUALITY content and take advantage of the power of LSI. A little social bookmarking and article marketing......

    Plus there are SO many ways to monetize a blog.

    Could you please tell me what LSI is?

    I am all for a forum. Its like a giant blog with other people doing all of the work. You build a good database of people you get to know which opens up a huge variety of choices for revenue.
