What would this design style be called?

I have been seeing this style around lately and would like to try my hand at it - what would you call this style and does anyone know of any tutorials?

....no it's not. Floral Designing or Floral Vector Designing are your best bets.

Most of these were probably done in Adobe Illustrator.

I don't really think that's a good idea. warez-bb.org does not cater for the license under which the brushes have been released and you could get into big trouble if you make commercial use of these brushes without permission.

You'd better go to www.deviantART.com or www.brusheezy.com, home of most brush makers and you can know then under which license they are released or ask for special written permission from the creators to use the brushes for commercial stuff.
