Thanks for the Magento suggestion, I had not heard of it before. If it is not too difficult to figure out I will probably use it, the example sites look great. Thanks for the offer KooWii but I am doing this for no money right now so I cannot afford anything yet. I will keep you in mind for the future though.
I would recommend using Joomla; its free, easy to use and will get the job done with little hassle. Plus if you get stuck there are plenty of guides online to help.
