What would it take to end the war with Al Qaeda from a British view?

I understand why we went into Afghanistan to backup US after 9/11 but is it a viable option to believe it's possible to eradicate Al Qaeda and wipe out international terrorism threat by developing their social services such as police forces and armies.

Instead of fighting against them, spending millions and angering the people of the country would it not be possible to try and negotiate? I don't understand what the want us to do apart from withdraw troops from their country to stop plots etc.

What was the original reason behind their attacks upon the US?

 

Osama was not satisfied with his penis size....but guess what? Its become even smaller!

 

It's true. They were pissed at how tiny their weiners are.

 

I believe we should continue to fight Al Qaeda and eradicate their leaders.

For if we don't, they will be attacking our free countries by blowing up innocent people.

So it is better to keep these actions and wars on foreign soil as to protect her citizens.
