i had a test today. i block google company's IPs from visiting my website which was in my adwords campaign. guess what happened? my quality score dropped to 1/10 in not more than 5 minutes. however my friend's website also has google IPs filtered, seems no affect on his keyword QS. really puzzled, what happened to my campaign? do you guys also thinkthe bad performance of my keywords does some kind of relations in filtering Google's IPs?
    anyboday help me? thanks

I'm wondering too why you would block Google. However, this is probably just coincidence. They likely visited your site before the block and found something they didn't like. Did you in fact see your QS minutes before the block? Was this a brand new campaign?

yes, the campaign is new. today, i changed another url for testing intend to find the ansewer, QS for the new campain went on steadily without dropping. so i am guessing it is the problem my newly registered domain. it should have been punished by google before. i tested in many ways if the negotive performance caused by accidently blocking google ip. now seems that not the fact.:) by the way, do you know google company's complete IPs?

First, it would likely be impossible to block Google if you wanted to. They surely use many different IPs. It's a big company.

Second, you don't want to block them. I don't know for sure how it would affect your QS but it couldn't be good. The Adwords robot visits your landing pages about every ten days to re-evaluate your QS. If it can't do that, you'll have some kind of problem. Maybe your ads would stop showing until it could visit your site.
