It may be possible because Bill Gates and Steve Ballmer are getting older and Google has still young blood to compete and lot of years as well. :)

It might be a good idea! Then they can watch it deindex itself and scratch their heads wondering what the hell is going on, like everyone else is :D

I actually think you figured it out:)

Google did index itself, creating an infinate loop with data spewing into the four corners of the galaxy. Eventually it will reach a giant paradox and the universe, as we know it, will cease to exist.

    Thanks a lot Google.

Actually Google indexed once another search engine (ask or another , can't remember) as they deleted their robots.txt file , and I saw them in top10 for lots of searches :( . But google would outrank us all displaying our content BTW :)

have you seen sites using google search results ?
google indexes this sites effectively unless reported as spam or caught by google. I saw one site running on .IN domain few months back ran by a .UK company according to whois information..
They had nearly 165,000,000 pages indexed within a short spam of time..

That depends on the website , I don't think ASK would be penalized , in my opinion if the website is a notorious one (old , lots of links , PR8-10) it can show any content it wants (with limits of course) and google will show it in serps . ASK should do this , will steal lots of Google users :)
