What would happen if Google disappear tomorrow from internet?

I agree, while there are alternatives, they are a step down from the level that google operates in.

 

For one or two months, there would be problem to users, but people would find their ways, internet would work in the same way as it is working.....Google has accumulated all the information at one place, this is the big thing, those people who want to do shopping, would stick to eBay, Amazon etc. for their shopping needs, those people who watch videos would find their ways and this way people would get settled.... and don't ignore Yahoo and Bing, they would be on the top if Google disappear..

 

There are alternatives of Google but the quality of service they are providing is not with any of the competitors. So, the answer is that We will not have those quality services after Google.

I would love Google's disappearance, since I rank much better in both Bing and Yahoo!

 

I don't think that would be much of an issue for us, BING and FB would take over and increase there search volume, and we might witness the born of new comers trying to gain a slice of the search market..

It doesn't really matter, whoever make it to the top will def act just like Google is acting now

 

As I see, everyone is talking about google only as a search engine. But google is also Gmail (and I think it's the most improved), or Google Analytics (and I haven't found a better tool for metrics) and so on!

If Google went, the internet would completely change. Companies would lose millions they've invested into SEO, advertisers and publishers would lose millions in revenue they had paid/generated through AdSense... It honestly would rock the whole world.

 

what nonsense how would things invested into SEO go because Google did that's ridiculous. Words will still be how you find things...

 

A massive part of investments companies make into SEO result in Google rankings. A lot of the optimization made isn't the best for other search engines and when people would be forced to use other search engines, these companies would effectively have lost the money they invested into boosting their Google SEO rankings.

 

I will be dancing on their grave.

 

if google is disappear or remove from internet then there are a lot of alternate options and other sites will take google place but huge data also loss with google. for Example yahoo or Bing will take google place.

 

If Google dies, we won't se no more Google doodles logos and they are awesome.

Yeah, I think most of the internet marketer would love to.

 

It will be a good news for Yahoo, Bing, Microsoft and other competitors.

 

We would all use Bing and be happier for it.

 

nothing will happen. the competitors will be happy and they'll start developing their products and try to become the next giant.
