Why haven't you dumped them already? Terrible english, terrible screw-up, terrible service, WhoTF are these inconsiderate money-grabbing incompetent idiots running this poor excuse for a hosting company anyway?? Dump them. Then call them up and rip them a new one, let them know just how badly they screwed up, unless you're local, then walk in and do it in person!! Doesn't sound like they even had a back-up, sounds like they're trying to fake it if you ask me. Rip them a new one so they will think twice about screwing over other customers in the future-you'll be doing them, their customers and the industry a favor by doing so.
