My wife is a new State Farm agent and I'm trying to figure out the best way to promote her microsite to our community. They allow her to have an internet redirect that points to her agent page on statefarm.com. I'm fairly new to internet marketing and would like your opinion on the what some of the best methods are for promoting the redirect. The goal is to get people to go to the microsite and request a quote. Currently, we have the redirect on all of her marketing items and we're using Adwords. Since she is in the insurance business and she is looking at extremely targetted traffic, then I would suggest the following: Real World Advertising, ads in print, magazines, business cards, etc. Extremely targeted traffic via Adwords CPA advertising Referral structures both real world and online Surely, there is other general marketing tactics, but to get the targeted traffic, then use these methods. Anything else would waste bandwidth.
