What would be the effect of purchasing 30 permanent links to my site on PR4 websites

I want to buy about 30 links which will have anchor text and a link to my website on PR4 websites and the anchor text + url will be in the sidebar or footer of the website so it will be on every page of those PR4 websites. I want to get my website a higher PR and i also want to rank better for the term "Watch family guy online" on google, Should i use "Watch family guy online" as the anchor name for the URL for those 30 PR4 websites that will be linking to me or should they be different anchor names, also is there anything wrong with having 30 PR4 websites link to my site in a matter of a week or it should be done slowly? Thanks (My website is new)

 

First of all, you should try different anchor text combination. Google does not give much weight-age to side-wide or footer links for determining a website ranking. So the best approach will be contextual link buying

Well there is no problem in having 30 backlinks in a week span if you can manage to get at about 20-25 baclinks every week on a regular basis. I believe your anchor text is quite considerable, so I would suggest you to go ahead with it.

And yes it would definately help in increasing your web presence, SERP and site PR.

These links will carry more weightage if your links are from the site of content similar to your site.

Thanks for the replies everyone, I understand a lot more now, I also noticed that i need to watch out and with how fast i build the links so i avoid getting Sandboxed.

 

It can help, but if its a bad neighborhood it won't.
I'd recommend changing up the link anchor on all 4 websites though - so that you can possibly get better results.

 

if you've a site and its new then don;t do this act.

first build your site atleast 500 backlinks manually then go with this practice, other it may be considered as spam.

 

you can try it, just tell us the price so we can say you if it worth it's money or not

 

I would be spending about $100 total for all of these links - I already have an arranged deal.

Do not place so many links simultaneously. Links should be placed smoothly over month or two.
Anchor text should be varied, and links should not be in a footer.
Watch out sites with bad link neighborhoods and sites with a lot of outbound links (should be no more then 10 links).
