i have a site called. wiredthinking.com it used be a site with a forum but looking at future forum costs. i changed my mind. so i've decided to make it into a article submission site. but looking for ideas for something else. what would be the best script for a article submission/disscussion site and what would be the best way to monetize the traffic

yeah i asked about how to drive traffic to the forum i had up on this same board. and the forum costs for when it grew if it ever did.. would cost me quite alot of time. and work which is quite hard to come by for a person like me.
definately feel you there ...forums are my main hobby...and they are definately a lot of work... still, makes a great name for a blog or article submission thingy ...though i don't know much about the article scripts...
