I was wondering what are some of the best and fastest ways for my business to grow online?

Obviously spend money on ads and promotion but any really good free ways?

You can increase referral commissions by the amount that you would not loose much and people are lured to get you more referrals.
You can also start contests and giving memberships free for one or two months. That may not be costly to you.
Start another site like this. This may seem odd but it works. I have seen networks of PTCs owned by one person or group of persons. If one does not perform well you can earn from others. The benefit will be you get more advertisers since there two different websites.
