Hello there. I recently got into web design and development and I'm happy to say I got quite a nice collection of templates and logos I have created. What would be the best and easiest way for me to sell those? Obviously I do not intend to charge big bucks and even if they're going to sell for 1cent each, the experience of creating the websites is much more valuable to me than the cash. So how should I go about doing this? Thanks a lot for the responses!
I would suggest advertising in the 'Buy, Sell & Trade' section of this forum. Maybe add a link to show some of your work that you have done.
give your designs out for free and build a list. if people start to like your work you can work on customization and exclusive designs for them.
Giving them way with a link to your site in the template is a great way. Build PR, build list and also list them on Fiverr to earn $5 while your at it. On your squeeze page you can say you sell these templates every day.
Have you tried giving out free templates on free templates website? Its fairly simple, you just sign up, upload your templates and then it gives your site free advertising. On some of the free template sites, you can also advertise specific templates you want to sell as well for free. Just do a search for free templates on Google
There are so many template websites out there, those are the places go to look for templates. Make some stylish templates that are generic and would appeal to a lot of people, make sure to include a link to your site at the bottom. Submit these to every template website you can get your hands on. Rinse/Repeat.
Hi Godless, you should make a "trial" of your work, which you can send or show prospective clients. List your services on a free classified website forum in the buy, sell section + the business section. Make a free website for a non-profit organization to get your name out. good luck, LASSE
